What We Treat

Common illnesses, handled by video

If it is something a walk-in clinic would handle, there is a good chance we can take care of it from your couch.

UTIs & Bladder Infections

Burning, urgency, and frequent urination can usually be diagnosed and treated by video. We review your symptoms and send antibiotics to your pharmacy when appropriate.

Colds & Flu

Cough, congestion, sore throat, body aches, and fever. We help you tell the difference between a cold and the flu and get you on the fastest path to feeling better.

COVID-19

If you have tested positive or have symptoms, we assess your risk, discuss treatment options, and advise on isolation so you can recover safely at home.

Strep Throat

A sudden, painful sore throat with fever may be strep. We evaluate your symptoms, guide you to quick local testing if needed, and prescribe treatment.

Ear Infections

Ear pain, pressure, and drainage in adults and children. We assess your symptoms and send the right treatment to your pharmacy when an infection is likely.

Skin Issues & Rashes

Rashes, minor infections, acne, and irritations can often be assessed by video. Show our care team the area on camera for a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Seasonal Allergies

Sneezing, itchy eyes, and congestion from pollen or other triggers. We find the right combination of treatments to help you breathe easier all season.

Nausea, Vomiting & Diarrhea

Stomach bugs and digestive upset are uncomfortable and dehydrating. We help manage your symptoms and watch for signs you may need in-person care.

And Many More

Pink eye, sinus infections, cold sores, minor burns, and other everyday concerns. If you are unsure whether we can help, reach out and just ask.

Good To Know

A few honest notes

Telehealth sick visits work well for most everyday illnesses, but some situations need to be seen in person. If you are having chest pain, trouble breathing, severe pain, or any medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If our care team feels you need hands-on care or testing that cannot be done by video, they will help point you to the right local resource.
